To start receiving voicemails, you'll need to open iPhoneContacts app and call the 'Hullomail Activate' contact which we automatically added during Sign Up. The call is free.
You should get a popup on screen indicating that this has been successful.
If this is not the case, please try the following steps:
Restart your phone
Ensure Wi-Fi Calling is disabled (via your iPhone Settings -> Phone -> Wi-Fi Calling)
Open your iPhone Contacts app
Locate the 'Hullomail Activate' contact
Call the activation code inside - This will setup the call forwarding rules again
Once you've done this, give it a test by calling your personal number from another phone and leave yourself a voicemail message.
Ensure the new voicemail message appears in the app.
