I have changed my provider to Plusnet from BT and now Hullomail has stopped working. How to proceed to get it working again
We regret to inform you that Plusnet doesn't seem to support the 'Call forwarding' feature which the HulloMail service relies on in order to work, this is due your network unable to forward calls to us.
At this stage your only options are:
1. Move again to another Network that does support call forwarding
2. Cancel the HulloMail service - If you wish to do this, please contact us via 'firstname.lastname@example.org' with your phone number so that i can we can better assist you with the correct instructions.
