I am having the same problem. I received 2 voicemails yesterday that I can't listen to. They show up in my inbox with a blue dot that would indicate that can't download to my phone. It does list the length of the message.

The problem sounds like a bad cache...
If you're using an Android phone, please try doing the following to see if it resolves the issue:
1. Open your Android phone Settings
2. Goto App Management > HulloMail > Storage
3. Clear the Cache, and then clear the Data (some Android UI's call it 'Clear Storage')
4. Then reopen HulloMail
5. Sign in again and accept all permissions
6. Try playing your voicemails again
Alternative if you're using an iPhone, please try these steps:
1. Delete the HulloMail app
2. Goto the AppStore and redownload the HulloMail app
3. Then open the HuloMail app
5. Sign in again and accept all permissions
6. Try playing your voicemails again
