Every network has their own special codes to setup/change call forwarding. Having looked at your account, we can see the account is set to the 'Sprint' network but the SIM is reporting back 'T-Mobile'? If thats the case, you'll just need to change your network on the account and then call the HulloMail Activate contact to setup your call forwarding rules to us again by following these steps: 1. Reboot your phone 2. Turn off Wifi Calling 3. Open the HulloMail app 4. Goto Menu > Settings > Account > Phone 5. Change your Network Carrier to 'T-Mobile' and save it - This will automatically try setup the call forwarding rules
Then to test, use another phone and call your personal phone, then reject that call and ensure it gets forwarded to the HulloMail Voicemail deposit service. =========================================================
