I paid for full version and now it tells me I have lite and only have 10 transcribed messages a month. Who do I talk to about this?

We've just responded to your support ticket, we'll put the response here in case you haven't received it:

Having looked at your account and the actual subscription on your Google, it shows you've subscribed to the LITE Yearly at £12.99. The LITE service are for light users who don't receive much voicemails each month and therefore only have 10 voicemail transcriptions per month.

If you need more transcriptions, please consider upgrading to the PRO plan.
