Lite - No Emails BeingTranscribed.

So last month I started getting messages saying my voicemails hadn't been transcribed as I had only 10 emails allowance. From the 1st this month I have the same message. So no voice messages being transcribed already this month? How do I sort this out. It's a bit annoying.

Your monthly renewal for transcription will be the date from when you started your subscription. Eg. If you've started your subscription on the 10th of the month, your transcription renewal will happen on the 10th.

We can't check exactly when your renewal date is as we need your registered phone number or email address to locate your account.
