Thanks for contacting support and sorry to hear you wish to leave.


Unfortunately only you can cancel the service as we don't have the ability to cancel or modify any subscriptions.


To cancel the service, please do the following at least 24 hours before your renewal date:


iTunes:

1. Open the iPhone Settings app

2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. If you don't see "Subscriptions" in the Settings app, tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Tap your Apple ID (which is usually your email address), then tap View Apple ID. Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions

3. Tap Hullomail

4. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew


Googleplay:

1. Open the Android Google Play Store app

2. Tap Menu > Payments & subscriptions

3. Tap Subscriptions

4. Tap Hullomail

5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on screen instructions

Your account will then naturally expire on your renewal date, and once a level of inactivity is detected, the account will then be picked up by the system for permanent deletion.
