Accessing Existing Voicemails

I just installed HulloMail and I'm can't figure out how to access my existing voicemails. Is there a way to see, read and listen to the voicemails I have stored through my carrier Verizon? Or can I possibly import them to HulloMail?

Hi Aaron,

Thanks for contacting support.

Unfortunately it doesn't work the way you think it does, we are a separate 3rd party voicemail service and thus new voicemail messages that get deposited to us are stored on our platform.

It is impossible for us to access any existing voicemails from your carriers voicemail platform, the only way you can still listen to them is by dialling into Verizon's Voicemail service to hear your voicemails.
